Wäre sicher grösseres drin gelegen für den Preis, aber wollte nicht in Indien oder Indonesien bestellen, bisher in letzter Zeit schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht.

A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION ABOUT MALIGANO JASPER:
Maligano Jasper is the name given to a recently discovered brecciated Jasper variety that was found in Indonesia around 2011-2012. The name comes from the small village it was found in on the island of Sulawesi (part of the four Greater Sunda Islands). It contains multiple different colours of Jasper (blue, red, orange, yellow, grey and beige) with veins of a greyish-silver Agate that has filled the cavities. At the time of this writing this stone has still yet to “take-off” on the market. In fact, many people in the geology and crystal community have never even heard of this new Jasper. We believe it is due to the inaccessibility of the deposit, as well as the limited amount that is usually pulled out of the ground. We’ve never seen large quantities of this mineral after it has been cut into slabs or as tumbling material. Those are indeed the two main ways that this mineral is sold, with rough being extremely hard to get a hold of.This material was originally found about six to seven years ago, but it seems like it’s just now making its way to the rest of the World. There’s a large fascination with this stone and several reasons why.

Maligano Jasper is colourful with warm yellows, reds, beiges, and greys. It often contains rivers of agate running throughout, while other sections have floating jasper in a wide array of brecciated fractal patterns, which is very similar to Stone Canyon Jasper. This material also has flowering dendrites running all around revealing cherry blossom patterns such as Sonoran Dendritic Rhyolite. No two slabs are the same. Some areas are extremely colourful while other sections of a slab can be cool grey colours with dendrites present.
